when do I use warm water below my sweet roll pan to raise?

Some yeast bread recipes suggest placing your yeast dough in an oven where there is a bowl of warm water on a shelf below, as a way to get the oven to a desirable temperature for the yeast to work and the dough to rise. I don't know what recipe you are using--whether it has a one-step or two-step rise--but either way, you could use this method for any time you are wanting yeast doughs to rise.
