Thank you for your question about the dessert squares. I would make the crust and cream mixture up to one day ahead, and add the strawberry topping the day that you are serving the dessert.
As you can see, the recommendation is to use within 4 hours of adding the topping, because the strawberries will start to juice out and make the dessert soggy.
