Pot Pie is perfect comfort food! You can bake two large pans at a time as long as there is plenty of space to allow for air circulation around the pans in your oven. If you need to use two oven racks, stagger the position of the pans, one to the right and one to the left. As long as the depth of the pot pie is not changing, the bake time should remain the same.
