One of your recipes (Peppermint Sugar Cookie Bark) calls for white vanilla baking chips - is that a white chocolate or an almond bark?

White vanilla baking chips - when you see this as a recipe ingredient, use the white chips that look like chocolate chips only they are white. They're not really chocolate since they don't contain chocolate or chocolate liquor. You need to be careful when you melt them as they can easily burn and turn chalky.
