My loaves from a mix fall in the center while baking?

If there are directions on the package for making a loaf, follow them carefully. If not, you may want to reference a recipe for quick bread that uses a mix to help with bake times. Bake quick bread loaves until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (it may have some crumbs attached but will be clean). Also, the loaf may start to slightly pull away from the sides of the pan and when you lightly touch the center, it will be firm. Here is a recipe for Banana Nut Quick Bread that uses our Betty Crocker mix. It might help you with cooking method and bake times. Plus, it is a really tasty recipe! Thanks for asking and happy baking!

I followed instructionsas to time and temp with the toothpick coming out clean but my Banana Nut bread with real walnuts was completely raw in center. Made 6 loaves baking them at one time. Was that the problem? kf5055@comcaat.net
