I would like to know how to substitute eggs in your box cakes

This is an interesting thought, but we have not tested this so not sure I would recommend just using milk. You may want to try using an egg substitute instead. It's usually sold in the dairy section and comes in a little cardboard container like a small carton of milk.

Egg substitute is still an egg product! Egg REPLACER (Ener-G brand) does work in butter cake and is very good! It can be found at Whole Foods and Wiegman's in our area, sometimes even local stores if they have a good allergen free area.

my daughter said applesauce is a good substitute for eggs in a cake mix . has anyone else tried this ? if so how much applesauce do you use?
