I'd like to make the macadamis nut pina colada bars for Easter. How far in advance can I make them?

Since these bars are made with crushed pineapple- it is probably best to make them the day before. However, you could make them ahead and freeze them. Make the bars without the Glaze- wrap tightly and freeze. When ready to serve, unwrap bars and let stand at room temperature to thaw. Add Glaze before serving.
