I need to make the apple banana bread gluten free? Can I exchange the flour for gluten free flour, and do I need to add xanthan gum?

Hi,


It is very diffiuclt to convert a gluten recipe to be gluten free. It is best to use a recipe developed to be gluten free. It is more than just adding xantham gum. Here is a recipe for a great gluten free banana bread.
