I would like to grill chicken ahead of time. How would I keep them fresh and how would I reheat them and what is the best chicken to use?

Hi,

Grillled chicken is the best! Here are some grilling tips for making great grilled chicken. You will have the best luck with legs and thighs. They have more fat in them and will reheat better than breasts, which tend to dry out quicker. Once you have grilled the chicken, place it in a container with tight seal and refrigerated as soon as possible. The chicken can be reheated in the oven or microwave. If you do it in the oven, cover with foil and heat at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes until it is up to at least 150 degrees. If you use the microwave, you will need to do it in small amounts on medium power until hot.
