I am trying to eat more whole grains. Can I substitute whole wheat flour or white whole wheat flour for all-purpose flour?

Whole wheat and white whole wheat flour can be incorporated into all-purpose flour recipes. We suggest starting at 25% and then working your way up to 50% of the total flour required in the recipe as you become more comfortable.
