We have several Chai Tea recipes. The Iced Tea uses 1/4 to 1/2 cup of brown sugar. You can substitue white sugar for the brown. The final recipe will not have the slight taste of molasses. I have attached a recipe for Chai Tea that used honey instead of sugar. Enjoy.
