Generally we recommmend a metal pan for brownies. If you are going to use a glass pan, the rule of thumb is to reduce oven temperature by 25 degrees when for glass.

We just ate a couple of your gluten free brownies. Delish! My husband says " Go Betty!". Thanks for making these available. How about gluten free gingerbread mix?
