I have a baking question. I make a Garden Herb Loaf bread that is 4-4/12 cups flour, and makes one large, round braided loaf. It bakes for 30-35 min. at 375. I'd like the option to make regular size loaves or mini-loaves, but am unsure how to adjust baking time/temp. Please help.

Hi,

Bread baking is such a great fall activity. A standard bread loaf (8x4) uses about 3 1/2 cups of flour. And will bake at 375 degree for about the same time your larger loaf bakes. Here are some great tips for making bread.
