How many teaspoons baking powder do you use per cup of all purpose flour?

To use all purpose flour in place of self rising flour you need to add baking powder and salt. In 1 cup of Gold Medal self rising flour there is about 1 1/4 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Learn more about Gold Medal flours.
