How do you make popovers in high altitude?

We do not have specific directions for adapting that recipe. Unfortunately, no set of rules applies to all recipes; sometimes the only way to make improvements is through trial and error.

-For microwave cooking, more water may be necessary and foods may need to cook longer. Type and amount of food, the, the water content of the food and elevation may affect this guideline.

-Most baked goods made with baking powder or soda (but not yeaast) can be improved with one or more the following changes:

-Increase oven temperature by 25 degrees

-Increase liquid.

-Decrease sugar and or use a larger pan
