We have not tested the exact directions, but I do know brownies are pretty versatile when it comes to pan sizes. Your brownies will be thick so I would recommend baking them at a 325º so that the center bakes and edges don't burn.The brownies are done when you stick a toothpick in them 2 inches from the side of the pan and it comes out clean or almost clean.
