Has the Betty Crocker kitchen studied the conversion from wheat flour to a rice flour for gluten free?

We have not done that specific conversion. In many of the gluten free recipes that we have developed we use a combination of rice flour, tapioca, xanthan, potato starch, corn starch etc. We do have a lot of gluten free recipe, so check them out. Also you might want to look at glutenfreely.com for great information.
