Gluten Free Marble Cake recipe - how long should I bake it if I use a 13"x9" glass pan? and what temperature?

Gluten Free Marble Cake is a favorite of gluten free bakers. Since you are using a glass baking pan, I would recommend dropping the bake temperature by 25 degrees. Although it has not been kitchen tested, I would recommend baking for 40 minutes and doing a doneness check at that time. And for some additional gluten free baking, I'd recommend Gluten Free Chocolate Truffle Cakes - they are wonderful!
