Gluten Free Marble Cake
is a favorite of gluten free bakers. Since you are using a glass baking pan, I would recommend dropping the bake temperature by 25 degrees. Although it has not been kitchen tested, I would recommend baking for 40 minutes and doing a doneness check at that time.
