Does cream of tarter make scrambled eggs fluffy?

What a good question. I use cream of tarter when beating egg whites to help stablize the egg whites when I make an angel food cake or meringues. I have not heard of using it make eggs fluffy. Possibly it could be used to really whip the eggs before scrambling. It is worth a try.
