Thanks for the question and I'm happy to tell you we do have a recipe for something very, very close! It's a Strawberry-Rhubarb version of upside-down cake. If you don't like rhubarb, you could try substituting strawberries for the rhubarb so it's made with all strawberries. Here is the link to the recipe, enjoy!
