that's not cooked in the slow cooker but has been kitchen tested and has Betty's seal of approval? The slow cooker recipe uses Betty's cake mix that makes two layers while the gluten free mix only makes one layer. You could try preparing the gluten free mix per box directions but you would probably need to cook it for less time since there is half as much batter. If you've done a lot of gluten free testing, you may want to take on the challenge. Good luck.
