Thank you for the question. The recipe wasn't tested with a flavored salad dressing so the flavors may or may not go together well. Another thing to keep in mind is that mayonnaise is much thicker than salad dressing so you may need to adjust the amount of salad dressing and milk accordingly so that the dressing isn't runny. You may even consider using 100% salad dressing and no milk. It will be a culinary experiment!
