Can I season the ham before I put it in the oven, or is it best to do it the last 20 minutes of cooking? Thanks.

Thanks for your question. You can season a ham with dry seasonings before cooking. But sprinkle brown sugar or brush sugary glazes over ham during last 45 minutes of cooking to avoid burning.
