Hello and thank you for the great question. For the best results, I would recommend that you not make the batter that much ahead of time. The beauty of using Bisquick mix is that you can easily mix it up just before cooking. What might help is to have all of the ingredients ready ahead of time. If you need to measure milk, cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator, etc. Also, I would suggest mixing the pancakes in batches so that the batter is evenly mixed each time and fresh when you pour it onto the grill.
