Great question! While we have not tested the recipe with the gluten free mix, I would suggest giving it a try!

I did try it and it didn't work well. The cake is too dense and does not compare to the version made with regular Bisquick. Thoughts????? I really love this cake but since I am now on a gluten-free diet I would love to be able to bake it gluten-free with the same wonderful results!
